pressure strain analysis of the following structure

I have built this structure in which there is a piezoelectric substrate mounted over a elastic diaphragm . I am giving pressure from bottom of the diaphragm in upward direction. I want to do pressure strain analysis of the structure .please help me regarding this matter .I am new to COMSOL so not familiar with all its functions . I am attaching my work please help
