Please help me! BiCGstab is not stop

when I solution emw, BiCGstab is not stop. Iteration time is more than 1400.
what's wrong with my model?

Not enough information in your brief post.
Here are some wild guesses.

You might have it meshed too coarsely, so try a finer mesh. Did you keep the mesh ~ wavelength/5 or less?

If that's not it, and if you have the memory for it, try MUMPS or PARDISO instead.
If you don't have the memory for that, try GMRES.

And if none of that works, try posting more information about your problem... so the people who read it can help you better!
