Estimation kinetic parameters for plug flow reactor.

Does anybody know how to use Parameter Estimation in Chemical Reaction Engineering module for isothermal plug flow reactor(PFR)? PFR works at stationarity mode and reagent and products flows are measured.
There are several examples of Estimation for CSTR batch reactors ("Determining the Reaction Order from Pressure-Time Data" and "Determining Arrhenius Parameters using Parameter Estimation","Degradation of DNA in Plasma").
The similar problem is how to determine mole fractions variables for products that leave the reactor. The variables could be usefull for estimation of kinetic parameters.
