Hi,

my geometry is block, 1[cm]*1[cm]*30[nm](height) : joule heating problem

The problem is that i can't mesh the geometry because it is too thin.

Is there any method to solve this problem?

Thanks,

any comments will be appreciated

I've had some success on domains like this by creating a 2D mesh on one of the faces, refining as necessary, then sweeping it to the opposite face.
